Clover Origins Quest Guide — Zones, Rewards & Order

Clover Origins quest guide: which quests to run in order, EXP and Yen rewards by zone, the Grimoire Trial unlock and how quests feed your first 50 levels.

Quests

The quest layer of Clover Origins: what exists, what pays, and the order that avoids backtracking.

Quests are your level 1–50 engine and the source of early gold — after 50, bosses and dungeons take over.

Quick answer

Run starter-zone quests (Bandit Hunt onward) in zone stacks for levels 1–30, prioritize the Grimoire Trial quest that feeds the level-50 magic unlock, and keep turn-ins consolidated per NPC.

Quest scopeLevels 1–50

Starter zone quests (levels 1–15)

The opening chain and why it matters.

Bandit Hunt

The first combat quest, steps from spawn. Pays early EXP plus gold — accept it before any exploration.

Zone culls

Kill-count quests in Hage Valley chain naturally off Bandit Hunt routes; the mobs overlap, so one loop clears both.

Why not skip to grinding

Quest EXP in this band beats mob farming and the gold funds your first vendor purchases without touching code Yen.

Mid zones (levels 15–35)

Forest and valley quests worth the trip.

Boar-zone chains

Forgotten Forest quests overlap Boar Boss territory — the Belt (12%) and Cape (9%) drops are a bonus on top of quest rewards.

Lost Clover Valley

Orc-adjacent quests pay more per turn-in; accept the full stack before entering since the zone loops long.

The tracker habit

The left-side tracker shows multi-stage progress. Never carry a half-done cull into a new zone — finish or abandon.

The Grimoire Trial

The quest that gates your first magic.

Magic Tower trial

The Grimoire Trial line feeds directly into the level-50 unlock at the Grimoire Tower's Wizard NPC — treat it as mandatory, not optional content.

Reward shape

Completion positions you for the spin-based magic roll rather than granting one outright; arrive with Grimoire Spins banked from codes.

Timing

Run it as you approach 50, not at 30 — the follow-up assumes you can immediately use the unlock.

Quest efficiency rules

Three habits that compress the whole curve.

One NPC, many turn-ins

Where chains share a hub NPC, bank completions and turn in together — each trip saved is a trip toward 50.

Buffs on turn-in runs

Activate Double EXP before the final kill of a stack, so the completion burst lands inside the window.

Bosses on the way

Bandit Boss and Boar Boss sit inside quest zones — their 20%/12% drops are free value during quest loops, never dedicated trips.

Quest rewards vs mob farming — the math

Why the answer flips at level 30.

Levels 1–30

A stacked quest turn-in pays several mobs' worth of XP at once. One loop through a zone's quests beats twenty minutes of aimless grinding.

Levels 30–50

Quest density thins while mob density holds; the two-shot grinding rule overtakes quests around the low 30s.

Quest FAQ

Common questions.

Do quests expire?

No — accepted quests persist. The only cost of hoarding is tracker clutter and inefficient routing.

Are there daily quests?

The current build's repeatable content is boss/dungeon loops rather than dailies; quest lines are one-time per account.

Mage path differences?

Same structure, darker NPC framing. Rewards and levels are equivalent — pick whichever theme you enjoy.
